As a Superintendent, you will manage and control assigned projects, including overseeing field operations, site safety, productivity, schedule, quality of work, and sub-contractor and supplier coordination. You will work in conjunction with the project manager to lead the project team

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Completion of OSHA 10 or 30 Hours for the construction industry
• Safety standards knowledge and enforcement
• Ability to remain calm, focused and effective under time pressure situations
• Self-starter with the ability to set goals and tasks with strong leadership skills
• Ability to read blueprints
• Possess an understanding of building plans and specifications
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel PowerPoint, Outlook) a plus
• Adaptability/Flexibility
• Good judgment and decision-making skills
• Work well under stress
• Ability to handle situations involving sensitive and confidential company information
• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate with all levels
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
