Old Port – Portland, Maine

The project is a new hotel right in the Old Port of historic Portland, Maine.  From the outset, ASPE knew their hands were going to be full due to the extremely tight site.

In addition to cramped working conditions, the main power feed substation for the city was beside the project and the main feed line running from the substation ran through the project.  This limited the areas that ASPE could swing and set their crane up to erect the project.
