New Personnel Changes at ASPE-South

ASPE-South, a division of American Steel & Precast Erectors, is excited to announce some new key personnel changes today.

  • Jeffrey Robert Batchelor – Senior Project Manager

Robbie contributes over 12 years of steel construction industry experience to our team from both the perspective of a fabricator, and now an erector. Having served in the capacities of Project Manager, Field Site Coordinator and Superintendent, Robert’s experience in the administration and field management are critical to the daily management and oversite of his projects.  As the Project Manager, Robbie represents our team as overall project oversight and management on all aspects of the project including: Project, Cost, Schedule, Quality, and Safety.

  • Debra Flanary – Director of Human Resources & Safety Administration

Debra is currently the Safety & Risk Management Administrator for ASPE-South, and is responsible for incident management, OCIP/CCIP administration, drug screening and background check management, as well COI management and assisting with various audit requirements.  Most recently, she taken on the responsibilities of both human resources and payroll. Prior to joining ASPE-South, Debra spent more than 20 years in various leadership roles which include Marketing Director for two divisions within Veratis Institutional Advisors, business management, accounts payable and human resources.

This is an exciting time at ASPE-South with many newly awarded projects.  Making these three key personnel changes puts us in a better position to take full advantage of these opportunities, while maintaining our core belief in safety, quality, and production.
